Membership Reward Program Terms and Conditions

  1. By completing and submitting the online form the client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined here
  2. The Membership Reward Program is valid only at Silverton Radiators, 8 Moorsom Avenue, Epping 2, Cape Town
  3. Reward Cards are issued to the person whose name appears on the application form and are not transferable to any other person (s).
  4. Reward Card Members must present their card at the time of commencement of every sale before invoice has been presented.
  5. 5. Lost or stolen reward cards must be reported immediately and a new card will be issued.
  6. By submitting the application form as a member, the recipient of the reward card agrees and acknowledges that they may occasionally receive promotional material such as special offers or important messages.
  7. Reward cards or the benefits associatied cannot be redeemed for cash.
  8. Silverton Radiatros, Epping reserve the right to amend or withdraw the rewards without notice.
  9. The offer of a courtesy car and towing assistance will be subject to availability
  10. Some offers may involve a third party. In this case these Ts & Cs also apply to the third party.
